Ali Rizvi

Ali is a seasoned HR professional who has worked across industries and geographies; and is now leading the People’s Department at Century Financial.

He is passionate about diversity and inclusivity and is committed in supporting the talent development of aspirational individuals within the organisation. A preacher of work-life balance, he is also a certified Psychometric expert.

In his past experience he has worked for some of the biggest corporates on various critical assignments. He was part of the start-up teams for the greenfield projects of Yes Bank, Bank of America Continuum and Wal-Mart in India. He has further worked with Landmark Group and Mashreq Bank driving various HR initiatives in the region.

With more than 18 years of overall experience, Ali works closely with the leadership team at Century and drives the HR mandates of the company.
